<strong>Return Shipping</strong><br />
Return shipping is free! The OFS product you are returning must be returned in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact, and the item must be in original condition.<br />

<strong>Refunds</strong><br />
We will send you an email after the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected by our team - Provided the item is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund and return shipping fees.<br />

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to ten business days for your credit card provider to process your refund.<br />
